Are my items in stock?
Secret Caché site has real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any color/size combination on each product's web page. Back ordered items are also available on the website with estimated date of delivery.
What about backorders?
If an item is on backorder, most likely it is New York City or is in transit. Backordered items are shipped as they become available via First Flight or PAFEX. Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.
What are my payment options?
We accept following modes of payment –
- Cash on delivery - Pay cash on delivery of your products to the courier company. Cash on delivery shipping charges are Rs.100, but it’s the most convenient, fastest and most secure payment method.
- Cheque/draft – Mail us a cheque and we will send you the products. This option is best suited if cash on delivery service is not available in your city and want to avoid using your credit card.
- Net banking - You can make direct transfers from your bank account if you are an accountholder with any of the following banks –

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Secret Caché is safe. We don't save any credit card information on our website. Our secure server software encrypts your information, ensuring that internet transactions stay private and protected and is only processed by the banking institution.
Is gift wrapping available?
We take great pride in our packaging - each order is carefully wrapped with the complimentary gift and placed inside a discrete package. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services although we do offer gift invoices. Secret Caché packing list are quite similar to our normal invoices with the exception that they do not contain pricing information. Please note that the order confirmation email is the only place where pricing information is mentioned.
Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. Only once coupon code may be used per order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Our prices are on MRP basis. Sales tax is included in the price.
Quick Tips
How do I take care of my swimsuit?
Rinse the swimsuit with tap water after swimming and hand wash with a mild detergent in cold or warm water after every wear. After washing, roll the swimsuit in a towel to absorb extra water. Then lay it flat to air dry indoors. Laying your suit out to dry in the sun will discolor and toughen the fabric. Only store your suit when it is completely dry. Finding a perfect swimsuit is difficult so once you buy one, we recommend you avoid hot tubs since it has chemicals and sunscreens as they can stain. Also, consider buying two suits if you're planning on being in the water frequently, as it will take a bathing suit a day to completely dry and return to its original shape after washing.

You can click on "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. You will be prompted to enter your personal information and create a login.
Forgot your password
You can click on "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under login, you will see the prompt for "Forgot your password?”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I change my membership information?
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. To access your private information, you first sign in, and then you can edit or delete your information through the "My Account" page.
How you obtain a return merchandize number (RMA#)?
