Shipping & Return Policies

We offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers on most of the items so that you don’t have to think before ordering.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation and a SMS with tracking information. You can then track your order from the member’s only page or use First Flight or PAFEX internet website.

When will my order be shipped?
Secret Caché usually ships in stock items within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. It is important to remember these dates and times are in effect for in stock items only.

Does Secret Caché accept international orders?
Currently we accept orders and ship around the world. Shipping, custom duty and taxes will be charged additionally.

Doesn't fit? Color is not quite what you expected? Or simply the attire is not you!
Not a problem!
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, SOILED (including deodorant marks) OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

Send us an email within 10 days of receipt of your merchandize at customercare@secretcache.com with your order number and reason for return and we will issue you a return merchandize authorization number RMA#. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid RMA#. RMA# will expire after 7 days of being issued. Any return we receive without an RMA will be documented and returned to you.

However, for your ease, a shipping envelope is enclosed in the original shipping package. Follow the instructions you receive in the email. We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” Secret Caché shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Secret Caché, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Secret Caché.

Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within 14 business days.

Did you receive wrong merchandize or that it was damaged?
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.
